I loved everything about this house. The decor, cleanliness, well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. It was just like the pictures. It was close to downtown. If given the opportunity I’ll definitely stay here again.

The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—with streaming, AC, and a washer/dryer making things super convenient. The water views and patio were a peaceful treat, and the location couldn’t be better: just 5 minutes from Costco, Super Target, and tons of grocery and shopping options. We loved the quick access to Jacksonville’s beaches and even made a short trip to charming St. Augustine. Digital entry was easy, and the board games were a nice touch. Highly recommend—we’d book again in a heartbeat!

My family absolutely loved the house! We were traveling with our 9-month-old, and it was such a bonus to find a pack and play already there. The shed was fully stocked with everything we needed for both the pool and the beach. The pool was clean and well-maintained—a major highlight of our trip. We also had a great time playing the games provided at the house. The beach was just a short 5-minute walk and was quiet, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again!

This place was great! It was short ride to the beach. Host were awesome, place was clean there was zero issues booking and staying here. I plan to stay here again when we come back to Jax.
